*Smoking is not permitted at any time inside or outside the facility during the rental timeframe. Smoking has a lingering presence and permeates hair, clothing, and interior air quality and may negatively impact the health of other tenants. In addition, the kitchen facility may not smell like smoke; therefore, smoking is strictly prohibited.
Note: Cleaning towels will not be provided; however, we are happy to help you set up weekly towel service for long-term lease arrangements.
